Register and verify
Sign up your business, then upload its verification documents. Zowasel's team checks each one before your business can trade.

List what you sell
Post crops for sale now or coming soon with a harvest date, or answer what buyers want. Add up to 6 photos, and link CropPilot stock so quantity and grade stay accurate.

Negotiate offers
Buyers make offers on your listings. Accept, decline or counter in one conversation. Accepting an offer creates the order.

Deliver and get paid
Each step comes with its document: purchase order, waybill, goods received note, payment advice and invoice. Delivery is tracked until the buyer confirms, and buyers pay by card, Zowasel wallet or bank transfer.

What you'll need
Verification documents for your business. Upload them once, from your organisation settings.

- CAC registration certificate
- Proof of business address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than 3 months)
- ID of the person representing the business
Accepted ID for the representative: NIN, passport, driver's licence, voter's card
You can also add the representative's BVN.

- Memorandum and articles of association
Owners: list everyone who owns part of the business. Anyone holding 25% or more completes a short identity check of their own.
Files: PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each.

Questions sellers ask
Do I need a separate account to sell?
No. One business account buys and sells. Selling is switched on for every business, and you can turn it off in settings.
Does Zowasel charge a fee on my sales?
No. Listing, negotiating and selling are free, and there is no platform fee on your sales. Paid plans will add extra tools, such as more team seats, marketing to your buyers and market price history.
When can I start listing?
As soon as your business is verified. Until then you can browse the marketplace, watch listings and set up your profile.
How do buyers pay me?
By card, Zowasel wallet or bank transfer, recorded on the order. For a bank transfer you confirm the money has arrived; card payments are paid out to your business bank account.
Can I sell stock I track in CropPilot?
Yes. Link a listing to a CropPilot stock item and batch. The grade comes from the batch, and accepting an offer reserves the stock.
How do buyers get to trust me?
Your verified badge, your trust tier and your delivery record show on every listing, and buyers review you after each completed order.
